It’s been quite a week of earnings. I’m barely keeping up, but I wanted to get some of the more meaningful earnings taken out of the way and talk about a shorter-term governance-driven idea.

I want to start with a potential spring load by a company in my coverage universe. A reminder of what a Spring Load is; Insiders can give themselves shares before an event. I think I have a pretty clear example.
