Doug, there has been significant primary follow on offering by SiTime . In Feb 21 USD 279mn was raised, in Nov 21 another USD 190mn . This money went to SiTIme. MegaChip secondary issues are separate.

Most of the secondarys are driven by MegaChips trying to sell down their stake IIRC.
